1. About Us
Yenda Online Zambia is wholly owned and operated by Will Win International Limited, a company incorporated and governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
2. Child Protection
This platform is not intended for use by children. In compliance with Zambian child protection laws, a child is defined as any person aged 16 or under. Registration and transactions by anyone under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited without the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Platform Overview
- Listings: Product and service listings are rendered free of charge. A commission is deducted from the final selling price for any completed sales.
- Buyer/Seller Definitions: A Seller is any individual or entity offering a product or service for monetary gain. A Buyer is any individual acquiring a product or service through the platform.
4. Responsibilities of the Seller
- Accuracy: Sellers must provide truthful, accurate information regarding the condition, quality, and specifications of their listed goods or services.
- Prohibited Items: The sale or distribution of regulated products (e.g., firearms, controlled substances) and prohibited/illegal materials is strictly forbidden.
- Ownership of Goods: Sellers must be the legal owners or authorized proxies of the goods they list.
- Detailed Descriptions: Sellers are required to use the provided dropdowns and "additional information" fields to ensure products meet their exact descriptions. Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.
- Pricing: Prices must be set fairly. Sellers should utilize the platform's cost-estimation tools to fully understand applicable commissions and potential taxes before listing.
- Payment Details: Sellers are responsible for ensuring all payment-receiving information is accurate. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect data provided by the seller.
5. Responsibilities of the Buyer
- Inspection: The buyer must ensure that they satisfy themselves with the products they intend to buy. Closely understand what is being offered and inspect any additional information or comments on the items being offered for sale.
- Reporting: Can report any goods or services deemed inappropriate. Review the prohibited items list below (which may change depending on changes in legislation from time to time).
- Payment: The buyer is responsible for paying for the items advertised in full at the price indicated on the item.
- Returns: Should returns need to be made, proper reasons must be provided. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of returns and other handling fees associated with the remediation process.
- Personal Information: Any addressing and other personal information requested will solely be used for the convenience of the service or for remediation purposes. Both buyers and sellers will be required to sign a disclaimer recognizing these facts.
- Undelivered Goods: Should the buyer not receive items bought, they can contact our consumer desk. Claims for undelivered items must be supported by evidential documents (e.g., if we receive documentation with a returned receipt form, it is considered goods delivered and cannot be claimed for).
- Eligibility: Act as expected of a purchaser; you must be above the applicable age, possess the relevant National Registration Documents or acceptable ID, and if buying for a third party, appropriate approvals must be obtained by the actual buyer.
Yenda Online Zambia reserves the right to suspend the use of this service if any violations of these terms and conditions are observed. These terms and conditions are meant to offer peace of mind, promote fairness on this trading platform, and further enhance the brand by securing all users and protecting them from risky and unethical behavior from scammers and unscrupulous persons. We will afford a hearing before any exclusions are effected in the name of fairness when ambiguity can be determined.
6. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

Narcotics and illicit drugs - including any other drugs requiring regulatory approval;
Highly flammable substances that require regulatory sanction to handle or needing professional handling such as dynamite or explosives;
Other prohibited services - related to aspects such as prostitution or human trafficking;
Political and anti-semetic material influencing or contributing to hate speech, racism or other inflammatory items;
Other generally known illicit or illegal goods.
